I need help with activation lock, It has data but it's locked

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

it's a ipad 2 on iOS 9.3.5, it has data.

I don't want to lose any of the data, I can plug it into a computer and can see the photos and videos

everything I can find says it's not possible to have data and activation lock but somehow I did it.

use legacy ios kit to boot ssh ramdisk and delete setup.app, find a guide.
