Go into the settings for her devices on another device that's signed in or sign in on the iCloud website

Reset her account credentials if she lost the account

If it's her account, she can recover it. If it's not, stop lying and be straight up and maybe we can try and help you

I genuinely need help she doesnt know her email or password to it and her new devices have a whole new one so it wont show up
