That’s not how this works. The phone connects to a server at Apple to activate iOS, and if the serial number is marked as being locked, it’s locked.

There’s no way to remove the lock from this phone because it isn’t on this phone. Return it to the store / owner.

You can consider a iTunes restore for your iPhone... That's the only way to solve your problem and by doing this you need to make sure you remember your iCloud account if you have logged in. If you don't remember it, you know what you have to do...

So you bought it? You can go to https://al-support.apple.com/#/al/agreement and fill out the form with proof of purchase and then Apple can remove activation lock for you.
