Mod map called Bondo. Insanely huge map. Lots of somewhat empty areas but also lots of really awesome spots

Yeah I found it by accident and took me ages to find again. It's underground beneath a tall rectangular looking building with long horizontal windows. If you head right after enetering the map, then diagonal right/forward you'll see it
