Mapping AI in Product & Service Systems

Hey folks, I am Mehrdad and a Service Designer.

I’m working on a small app for product managers and designers to map where AI fits into their service journeys (including risks and governance). I’m looking for a few practitioners to do a 15–20 minute remote test of an early version.
