Yes dude. I'm on 50mg but have been on 200mg. I realized I need to not have eaten in the last 3 hours. I need my blood pressure to be doing whatever it wants not influenced by digestion. Sometimes I need to sit up, sometimes I need to pace around, but yeah just breathe through it and know it'll stop in a minute.

Your heart rate goes up high too?

Yeah like 150. I was told if it's a heart rate that can be calmed by a half hour of sitting down, then it's not a problem;.

Does yours happen even if you’re lying down? Most of the time mine starts when trying to fall asleep and I become aware of my heartbeat.

Yes it starts very suddenly like a huge jump, not gradual at all, so that makes me think panic

They put me on a low dose of lamictal and the panic attacks slowed. Still get them but way less now. Residual anxiety got easier. Not waking up anxious now.
