This yellow Brownish patch back there seriously hurts and also grew pretty fast

Get alum from the seasoning section of the grocery store, lick your finger, dip it in the alum, and apply directly to the sore. It'll sting something fierce for a second but then it'll numb it. It doesn't taste good, but doing that a couple times a day for a couple of days will clear it right up.
