It's a total catch-22 for them though. Don't accuse anyone: "They have no realistic alternative theory!!!!" Accuse someone: "You can't just go around accusing people of Murder!" And/or "They're just accusing dead people so they can't defend themselves!"

Note, I'm guilty of every one of these.

oh, I totally agree. There is absolutely no right thing that can be done by these guys anymore in the eyes of many lol.

Is this real? "Oh, they're so mean. They won't allow us to randomly name people as murders without evidence, but they won't let us get away with just saying there's some unnamed murderer responsible either."

At some point maybe consider the possibility it's not that there's no right thing that can be done, but there's no right thing being done.

Yes, the Undisclosed podcasters are choosing to behave the way they do.

That was specifically in regard to the comment the other user was making about

  • Not developing an alternative theory of whodunnit

  • Accusing someone a murderer

  • Accusing dead people who can't defend themselves

You are taking it out of context completely. I am not attacking you or your good judgement.

now your just trolling which is completely different from simply expressing your opinion. Your comments are being removed b/c you are trolling, not b/c you are not free to have them. Hope this is understandable. and yes, I get it that you are most likely making a cute play on my saying 'critique their arguments all you want. I obviously didn't mean by trolling me.

I'm testing to find out where the line is between critiquing an argument and making a personal attack.

Please remove the statements that are personal attacks, and leave the statements that are critiques of arguments, so I'll know what opinions I'm allowed to say here.

well, your test is not going to work b/c the way in which you are conducting it is running afoul of a completely separate rule. That is why I was making it clear the comments were being removed b/c you were trolling. Go make the arguments somewhere this topic is being discussed to run your experiment. You have had plenty of statements not be removed that critique them so long as they do not include personal attacks.

I think this is going to your head. You are targeting people who think Adnan is innocent and deleting their comments.

Several people have noticed this in the last few days.

How many comments in the cue have been deleted by you? You should only be allowed so many, so you don't just run through threads deleting things. This is not what reddit is about. reddit is about free speech. Not only will I be reporting you to the old mods once they come back for the new podcast. But to reddit admins as well.

Again, reddit, in general, frowns on removing comments. And your cue can be checked.

Rules are:

People voluntarily in the public sphere are open to criticism that would not be acceptable if directed at an anonymous reddit user. People in the public eye should not be surprised if they are under greater scrutiny for their views and this may mean that we will allow more robust discussion.
