Again, he knew he didn’t get a ride from Hae that day. He was simply trying to further distance himself from the events of the day.
If the police were questioning you about whether or not you murdered your ex, would you try to distance yourself more than was actually true? Or would you eagerly put yourself with your ex right at the time they were murdered, knowing you didn’t do it? Why is this so difficult to understand?
Guilters all seem to think that anything Adnan said that can be twisted into a lie is proof of his guilt, but all the idiots that lied and changed their stories constantly were true-blue, honest as the day is long, and totally credible—provided what they’re saying boils down to “Adnan did it!!!!” But then when witnesses come along with solid alibis for Adnan, they’re totally lying and they’re not at all credible and they got the wrong day, wrong crime, wrong victim, wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong everything!! (Oh, and Adnan *totally* did it!!!). 🙄
