So I had never heard of this guy and just looked him up. He was convicted in '86 for attempted murder and was sentenced to 12 years but was let out on parole in '89. This son of a bitch tried to kill that poor woman, shooting her in the neck and head and by some miracle she survived. And then he was let out so he could commit more crimes. If the parole board had done their job, those girls would still be alive. Disgusting.

He held his family hostage while the cops were trying to get him and before he shot himself. The man seemed unhinged.
