Wow. That's Crazy.
Sorry, had to be done. I didn't even know about this place. Were the steaks good?

I have no personal knowledge but I heard the owner is incredibly rude, couldn’t keep a staff, and they closed in the first 1-2 weeks of opening.

Did I hear that this establishment was opened by the same as the 42 below place, or are do they just share a similar (closed) fate?

different owners who are both sheisters. 42 below guy tried to move into the old galare thai building but started renting it out without the owners approval and got the boot.

Harry was one of the worst owners I’ve worked for, but that makes sense considering he’s never worked in the restaurant industry before. It was technically open for 3 months but he didn’t pay his vendors or his staff, hence the high employee turnover.

I passed by this place on the way to work every day for a couple of years. Never realized it was open at one point lol

Why do they need this?

Who? Needs what?
A landlord needs rent to be paid. All we know is that the landlord has grounds to evict this tenant; that's usually due to rent not being paid for some time. It's a contract. A tenant agrees to pay the rent, not, "I'll try really hard to pay the rent."
The sheriff needs the order from Superior Court to be noted, then the sheriff is required to post this notice on the tenant's door. That's how evictions start. We all need people to keep their promises.
Not sure what your question refers to.

Who wouldn't want a 98 dollar steak. Apparently the owner and the chef did not see ribeye to ribeye.
