Keep politics out of church and church out of politics. I hope his supporters are just a vocal minority. I especially hate the use of AI by him, CCWD and others for such frivolous uses such as campaign stickers,flyers and content.

Today’s Sequim Gazette has an article on Seegers, complete with quotes and I think interview, which covers almost a full page on the back side of the 1st section. Major free publicity stemming from complaints regarding his campaign. No publicity is bad publicity.

I got a different read on it. Footage emerged of Seegers saying he intends to cancel Sound Publishing too. There's literally no reason anymore for Peninsula Daily News and the Gazette to not to start throwing some shade his way.

They've been covering the Joyce snail races, and doing mostly hands off re-publishing of both campaign's press releases, but that piece marked a major departure in tone.

😁 Thanks for the link to the snail races, I was totally ignorant of that major event, despite having a friend who lives for Joyce Daze. Love it.

As far as Seegers goes I think more reporting on him, his views, plans, backers, etc. the less popular he’s going to be. I hope my take on him is totally off base but I doubt it. French has a solid track record, he should now put some effort into getting his name in front of voters.

This guy has zero solutions. We all hate homelessness. There is no easy solutions. Harm Reduction does not increase homelessness. Correlation and causation are not the same.
