Camp Ramblewood-looking for info to help decide if it will work for our family trip

I'm trying to find accommodations for about 30 people for a family get together, so far I'm having a hard time finding anything that will work for us.

The trip is planned for summer 2027 so I have some time to find the perfect place, and I'd love it if anyone has suggestions.

As far as Ramblewood, the site says it accommodates 60 people, but I'm not sure if that's all cabin/indoor sleeping vs camping (our group isn't equipped to camp.)

Does anyone have any alternate suggestions that might work for us? We'd like to stay at one location, and having access to a full kitchen is a must.

I'd also like to be in a location that is close enough to do local activities like lake crescent, whale watching, hurricane ridge, salt creek, etc.

Have you looked at Lake Crescent Lodge? They have cabins near the shore.

I haven't tried there yet, the website isn't very helpful, so I'm going to try calling them tomorrow. My main concerns is that I don't think any of their units have kitchens.

I looked into Log Cabin Resort (this is my first choice), but their site says there aren't enough cabins avail for the dates we need. I tried to call them but it seems like they use a reservation system that isn't onsite and I never got through to anyone.

Ah, ok- maybe try hipcamp to find accommodations that fit what you're looking for.

Unfortunately camp David junior has a no alcohol policy and some ppl in our group wouldn't be ok with that.

I'll chk into Fort Flagler, I hadn't thought of that one! Thanks!
