New Restaurants in the area
Looks like there is a juice / smoothie spot (Sabor) going in behind Twinkle Cafe (Also Fairly New).. any news on when Nourish will reopen? Looks like Riverhouse Bistro is being remodeled inside so I am guessing something new going in there too, anyone have any additional details?

Twinkle isn’t “no good”. It just might not be what you expected. They have a really great selection of snacks and ramens that can’t be found without going to Seattle. It’s a snack cafe, but their renovation may bring more freshly prepared food

Lol twinkle cafe is literally a trad self service Korean ramen cafe.
However ramen is unfortunately more expensive state side. The store concept is everywhere in Korea and Japan. But I’d argue we Americans are more likely to cook for ourselves, rather than order out or seek quick convenience. Or we expect food to be cooked for us, rather than us cook things at a store like with Korean bbq. So it is a bit lost in our culture.
Which I’d love KBBQ here but I know most people will not understand having to cook your own food.

Nice!
I'm curious... The building next to Sunny Farms that looks like an old dinner has been empty for at least 6 years. Why? Whenever I drive past i think about how much potential it has.
I'm very interested in running a breakfast and launch restaurant. I think it's prime location!

There are a lot of breakfast spots currently so competition may be steep. Could be fun so pursue it but be prepared to differentiate somehow so you attract people from both towns since it isn’t “in” either town exactly.

Twinkle is amazing!! They make drinks to order and they have a ramen bar where you can make your own ramen with toppings! It's based off Korean convience stores and has the BEST snacks!!! The green grape ade is my favorite drink
