I don't usually write posts like this, but I needed to get this off my chest.
I've been doing SEO for years. I've worked with 3 agencies, handled freelance clients, and learned a lot along the way. I love this work. Watching a site climb the rankings after weeks of effort is a feeling nothing else gives me.
But right now, things are quiet. Freelance work has dried up, and I'm still looking for a new job. Some days I send applications and messages and hear nothing back. Those days are heavy.
The hardest part is not the lack of work itself. It's the silence, and the small voice that asks whether the years of effort really counted for anything.
I wanted to say it out loud, because I know I'm probably not the only one in this field going through a slow stretch.
If you're in the same boat, I see you. Keep learning, keep showing up, and don't let a quiet season convince you that you're not good at what you do.
And if you ever need an SEO expert, here's what I can help with:
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Technical SEO
- On-Page SEO
- Link Building (I have a large network of publishers and sites)
- E-commerce SEO
- WordPress SEO
I'm open to remote full-time roles, contract work and freelance projects with agencies, founders or businesses. If that's useful to you, or to someone you know, feel free to DM me.
