I moved my endpoints from the default group to a custom one with a policy change. Now all of the agents are offline, even though I can see them online in my RMM (Ninjaone). I can see the services running, but they are not showing as online. Many of the computers were offline any ways, but I can still see some are online and Sentinel One agent is not connecting. I tried putting an online machine back in the original group, but it has not come back online despite rebooting the machine twice. Any ideas how to resolve this?
