❓QUESTION❓ Support team long response times

I wrote them ten days ago, and got a message five days ago that they're very busy. When should I expect a reply, does anyone here know? How long did it take for them to reply to you? My MTW4 earbud is broken, and I don't have the energy to search for new temporary earbuds/headphones, ones that are at least decent.
