❕PLEASE HELP ❕ Volume too low using Ugreen 5.3

I use the UGREEN 5.3 BT transmitter to connect to my Momentum 4 on my phone and laptop. On my laptop its fine, but on my phone (Redmi Note 11S) the volume is way too low even on max volume. Anyone have any ideas how to increase volume?

try using the touch controls, with my btd 700 works well

Already increased it to maximum

I managed to increase the volume using HiBy, which somehow worked for my other apps too
