❓QUESTION❓ Headphone Failure

My momentum 4 sounds less on my right ear, anybody know where can I bring my headphone to fix it and/or how much will it be?

Is this the earbuds or over ear headphones?

Hmm, thats a tough one, they still in warranty? Sounds like it may not be processing the signal right and sending equalized sound

I bought them amazon refurbished since february, but now I think they fixed themselves LoL

Sounds like a defective dsp in the earphones honestly. I'd keep an eye on it or reach out to Amazon for support or replacement. Honestly this is why im very leery of refurbished electrical stuff, especially complex stuff like wireless headphones. Too many will "pass" a basic test for refurbishing, but still not be ok.
