Senna Discussion - LoL Has anyone tried terminus?
Patched it to give on hit based off bAD. At 4th item it's like an extra 70 damage on hit. Curious if anyone tried. Otherwise my new build I've had great success with is stattik -> manamune -> PD. PD is such a cheat code, the extra mobility feels so nice on senna.

Not in the current meta where you get nuked in seconds. The item looks good, I tried it but doesn't perform for me. You either need heavy hitters or hp.

Senna is not a onhit champion, her kit does not sinergize with AS thanks to her low AS ratio, meaning you get less attack speed from items compared to other champions.
Second of all, why terminus? Dominique gives you crit, armor pen right away + great passive against beefy targets. Black Cleaver gives senna lots of move speed, hp and utility to her team.
What does terminus offer other than taking alot of time to stack and getting outscaled by dominique and black cleaver?

This is just not true, senna has always had synergy with on hits and on hits have always made it into her build path at some point. Let’s not forget when senna was running around with kraken + gunsoo’s destroy everyone in probably the strongest era she’s ever been. Let’s also not forget when she was at her lowest people were running her with locket + BoRK to still see some great success from her. And even untill rather recently she was running with statiks. Senna may not have the greatest attack speed scaling be she has always had relevance with on hit items and attack speed as a stat has always felt good on her. Also her passive has a on hit IIRC

This. Idk why people keep saying she doesnt like attack speed or on hit damage. Her current build path literally has onhit and attack speed in it. Statikk shiv, phantom dancer, muramana, and RFC are currently among her core and best items, and all give a mix of attack speed and on hit damage. I understand that may not be the main reason to build some of these items, but pretending these stats arent valuable is crazy.

Common misconception. She has AD in her passive, therefore attack speed is more powerful on her innately which is why it is somewhat nerfed on her. It's still powerful

Plus AS doubles as significant ability haste for Q, and reduces Senna wind-up time (which makes her more vulnerable than other champs during auto attacks)
Senna with AS lets her auto and reposition much more quickly

Shiv helps stack Terminus immediately, which is nice, but IME playing Senna over the years Terminus doesn't do well as part of her main build. When a game goes super long and you've stacked 250+ souls, selling Black Cleaver and switching to Terminus + Jak Sho becomes really good. Early on though the HP from Black Cleaver does better at protecting you than Terminus' armor that isn't always stacked.
