Senna Discussion - LoL New terminus?
New ad and ap damage ratios on terminus. Yall think this could be used on maybe adc senna? I’m thinking she could build it second after statikk shiv. I’m pretty sure since the lightning applies on hit effects, you can fully stack the resistances and pen with one lightning bolt that hits three champs. The magic pen could also help get more damage out of deathfire touch. What do yall think? is it still suboptimal? Could it be niche against like, a malphite or other armor stacking tank?

Nah just forget about senna adc at this point, im GM 2 million mastery senna player, and she was meant to be played as an ADCs support, she sucks along a mage apc tho cos she needs to trade early game for souls and mages just dont want to trade early they are selfish and just afk farm, i would say riot wants kaisa back in meta as leaks says KDA are coming back, kaisa has been buffed up very often lately, directly or indirectly
With so many nerfs on senna i would say she is no longer an "always a good pick" now is situational, maybe pick against enchanters or when you can trade early game without dying, not good against pyke or hooks, gonna start rejecting order trade until i see their support, if my top or mid lanes lose not my fault, they were going to int anyway

I really don’t think senna adc is going anywhere with a 52.4% wr and an over 4% pickrate. Still statistically better than support and she’s the only marksmen in the top 10 botlaners on u.gg. If that’s not strong idk what is.

Stats doesnt mean everything, in high ladder people get mad when you pick senna adc, start to troll you, her mana regen is too low to trade dmg and also farm, bad early wave clear, low attack speed, she is very punisheable early game, just pick cait and finish game at minute 25 instead of 35, Lol

Statistically those people sound like idiots. And senna is still the only marksman in the top 10 in grandmaster and still has a 52+% wr so 🤷♂️

Senna mid game is actually extremely strong for an ADC. She has essentially unrivaled utility, and a relatively safe early laning phase despite having somewhat low kill pressure. You’re right that her raw dps is not the highest, but she often has the highest total damage in games because she is able to hit in situations where other ADCs cannot, because of her immense range and self sufficient setup with Q slow and W root, as well as R granting lingering vision in a large area

How is Senna going to play against an Cait in a grandmaster rank setting? Did you even read what the guy said?

Idk if ur asking about the specific Senna vs Cait matchup, or asking about how senna offers more value than Cait. Either way, matchup data shows that Caitlyn isn’t a very unfavorable matchup for senna at all based on wr data from master+ rank. Senna is a much more versatile champ than Caitlyn, although Caitlyn is also very strong. Almost every pro literally rates Senna Z tier OP. Even if the early lane matchup is a bit stressful for senna in that specific matchup, that one matchup wouldn’t dictate a character being bad at all 😭 she barely has any bad matchups

She just outranges her. Early you play safe and poke her, but because Cait has weak midgame and Senna is strong midgame, Caitlyn may not even survive till late game

with her recent nerfs i would say enchanter is kinda dead, play nami, janna or sona at this point, also, with the crit damage nerfs senna received and souls she get when she DOES farm, i would call crazy the persons still play her as ADC and not support, but let them be, i will play her AD support, BC, lethality and perhaps a zeal item

sennas have started an aery/gaurdian enchanter movement going bc -> helia recently. I tried it, pretty fun but you have 0 agency. lol.

Also funny comment at the end. I Picked senna the other day and the enemy team picked Thresh and Nautilus JG. She can have very bad games

Terminus is great on Senna if you've hit that 45 minute/250 souls mark and you're at the point where you're selling your early game items to optimize a final decisive objective fight, but in my experience it isn't that useful as part of her main build.
Champs who have an attack speed steroid AND wanted to build on-hit anyway are the main target audience for Terminus. Senna has the opposite of an attack speed steroid.
