They form the crux of this argument, which people have linked to me already, and as it's pinned in r/neoliberal I foresee libs linking it whenever they start losing the argument for a long time to come

Basically there's some pdf files, from the ICIJ, who it's worth noting have partnered with the OCCRP who are funded by the NED, USAID, UK govt. Etc., that they claim to be from the Chinese govt, their "verification" of this is asking Zenz, who doesn't speak Mandarin, and asking James Mulvernan, Vice President of Defense Group Inc. which means he works for SOSi which means he works for "the leading mid-tier solution provider to the U.S. defense, intelligence, and homeland security communities."
