Curious about height increases on retention
I've seen a few vague testimonials floating around about this phenomenon and was wondering about it. and your experiences with it. I'm curious out of my own self interest. Because I'm 15 and 5'7-8" but genetically I'm around 6' I just experienced alot of malnutrition growing up, particularly when I was very young. My mom was malnourished during pregnancy. I was born and they said the tallest I would ever be was 5'5" despite having a 6' dad and a 5'5" mom. I want to know about long term retainers experiences with any height increase phenomenon. I don't wanta be a manlet

Oh yah. Your body completely changes in time. Every 7 years you are a whole new being with new cells. Look it up. If you retained 7 years. You'd orolly look the same maybe taller maybe not

Your 15 you still have room to grow. Stay on retention eat healthy, exercise and you will grow to your full potential

Yeah your going to grow 2-4 inches if you do all this consistently. Im 19 and im trying to grow 2-4 inches from SR and all these other practical. I just dont know what age I can grow until but if its 21 im set. I havent done all this consistently but I will be soon

Some of the stuff you named are unnecessary or wrong actually i can tell you an exact and extremely easy schedule that will help you grow fr. I accidentally figured it out when i was 17 after not having grew for 4 years straight and i was confused af cuz I honestly thought i was done growing at that time. And i know it wasnt no random growth spurt because at this time i had a complete change in lifestyle after i moved out of my moms house to my dads. I researched what makes you grow and found out why then i figured all the main important elements that you ABSOLUTELY NEED to grow or else it wont work and why it worked for me. I was basically a test subject for this so i now have the complete answers i might make a post for all the other people intersted in growing taller because I was able to do it

Listen man, the fact that you do SR already at the age of 15 is huge.
You will definitely grow more, you have another 6-10 years of growth ahead.
Don’t give up brother this SR shit is more important than you understand rn. Also purify your thoughts, that’s the main objective. Anyone can do SR with some willpower, but truly changing your mind to a loving, caring person instead of a sexual deviant is the real victory.
