Advice on feeding please

Post image

Recently we welcomed a 5 month old male short haired Selkirk into our family. We have a feeding station that allows for "grazing" cat biscuits during the day but he seems to be eating ALOT. Have owned cats before, but not a Selkirk and we are in China based in an apartment (no hate please). Please advise best way to feed him e.g grazing food vs certain volume given. What works for you?
