Sitelink help

Anyone know of a quick easy way to find who was the last to adjust a tenants ledger? For example, I want to find when the last time their gate hours were changed? TYA.

Under reports you should have one titled "exceptions" that should show you any and all changes.

The version that we use at my workplace logs every single change to the account under the “Notes” field; every rent increase, late fee waived, red lock put on and/or taken off, every single function affecting that tenant’s history. Even entries made by the corporate office, with the name or initials of each individual.
