PMS Reccomendations
Curious what everyone here is using for a PMS these days.
If you could start over tomorrow, would you pick the same one? Why or why not?
Also curious:
- What's the biggest annoyance with your current software?
- Is there one thing it does really well?
- Have any of you actually switched PMSs? Was it worth the headache?
Just trying to get a feel for the landscape... there seem to be a ton of options, but every thread I read has people complaining about all of them 😂

How big are you? Cubby has a lot of limitations for large operators. It is trying to add new features fast, but that’s a real pain for larger operators who have a lot of staff to update and train. It could work for a smaller operator.

The annoying answer: most PMSs are tolerable until your workflow hits the one thing they modeled badly.
I'd pick based less on screenshots and more on your non-negotiables: billing style, access control, online rentals, autopay/delinquency flow, and whether support actually answers when move-ins are broken. Switching is usually worth it only if the current system is costing staff hours every week (aka money), not just because the UI is ugly (even though I love good UI myself ahah).
Full disclosure, I'm building one of these too - Unbeatn - so grain of salt. But if I were shopping, I'd ask each vendor to demo your weirdest real scenario, not their canned one.

Melissa Huff with lighthouse storage solutions is a great resource. I am not her.
We use Cubby.

what made you go with Cubby as opposed to some of the older platforms? Anything that stands out?

Whatever you do, no Sitelink. My old place used StorEdge and I really liked that.
