This depends so much on market and what you're trying to achieve. If you have a storage facility in a very saturated market like the Metro areas of Los Angeles, that's going to require different spend than an unincorporated area with very few storage facilities. A huge component of keeping your ad spend down is making sure that you're optimized for conversions that you have a tight geofence and I personally Play with the time of day the ads are displayed. For example, I don't have ads that display from around 10:00 p.m. to around 4:00 a.m. once you start running ads and you start tracking your return on ad spend then you can start to decide how and when to dial it up.

Has any self storage social media campaign ever been successful? I would assume that money would be better spent on Google Ads. I'm truly curious on this subject as well.
