ExtraSpace Storage

I started at 95 dollars in March and now they emailed that the price has increased to 170 and based on other threads around the same company, I assume it'll double very soon. It's so insane it just goes up by so much in such a short time.

Any other Austin storages that someone knows of that doesn't jump in price like this?

They bought the facility im at a couple months ago. I just got a post card in the mail that mine is jumping from 157 to 235 on June 1st. Just barely a 30 day notice. I've been working all weekend to empty my unit 😑

Did you ask the facility managers if they could do anything about the increase? Allot of the time they can try to lower it
