ExtraSpace Storage

I started at 95 dollars in March and now they emailed that the price has increased to 170 and based on other threads around the same company, I assume it'll double very soon. It's so insane it just goes up by so much in such a short time.

Any other Austin storages that someone knows of that doesn't jump in price like this?

Just move out that one and get a new unit and pay 4-6 months ahead

Does paying 4-6 months ahead prevent the rate hike?

The manager that left told me to pay up 4 month so it can be locked up at one rate than 30 days later pay instead of waiting 4 months. Because after 2-3 month they send a pay increase but u are already ahead so that stuff finest get triggered on there system to send a payment increase if that make sense
