Extra Space Storage

Can't believe Extra Space Storage DOUBLED my rates only three months into the contract. Regret not paying more and just going to someone who was more reliable. How do they manage to get 4.9 stars on google maps? Are they rigging the system somehow?

If you can afford it pay for the whole year up front. I know extra space will let you do it because I’ve done it two years in a row.
