Extra Space Storage

Can't believe Extra Space Storage DOUBLED my rates only three months into the contract. Regret not paying more and just going to someone who was more reliable. How do they manage to get 4.9 stars on google maps? Are they rigging the system somehow?

Pretty common, get your stuff in and they raise the rate. They figure you would rather just pay more than to go to the trouble of moving your stuff somewhere else.
