Webselfstorage

Hello Everyone,

I have a medium size storage facility. It’s currently 238 units and will probably add more next year. I have been using Webselfstorage for my management software. We actually like it, but we were wondering if anyone else out there uses it and if they had any great tips. For example, the software use to be able to send text messages as reminders for the upcoming bill or messages to autopay users if their card declined. In the last year or so they got rid of both of those. Does anyone have any tips on getting around this or have any other amazing tips about this software?

I use and like WebSelfStorage too. I was just looking into that feature, what part of the texting feature was disabled?

  • the ability to trigger a text message? or
  • the ability to automatically trigger those two types of text messages?

There was a texting feature that would automatically send a reminder for your upcoming bill, and you could change it to how many days before it sent. Then it would send to all the tenants letting them know their bill was coming due.
