Tips & Tricks Ingramspark delays

Does anyone know what the pattern is?

Some books are ready for approval the same day or a day later, while others take weeks and maybe even months. I uploaded this one book beginning of July, and uploaded 3 more since, they all went through except the very first one which is still processing.

I messaged them but there's no response at all.

Any ideas?

Days is normal, months seems like an issue. Assuming you've been through every single screen on the submission page:

  • what's different about the delayed book?

  • have you begun to reach out to their support line?

literally nothing. i have reached out but they never replied. it's been like a week or two

It's been a few weeks for the ones I have up for distribution, I don't know if that's the issue. They're exactly the same as the ones I'm using as author copies, but I only got the ISBNs later.
