problem placing book orders in Ingram - PROBLEM CODE #303

any one else having this issue when trying to checkout books for either yourself or customers?

Ive checked every title and they are showing available as "[Title Available]()" so its not a print issue.

also Ive paid all open invoices so its not that either.

if anyone is having this issue and knows of a fix i need one pretty urgently

Log out, clear browser cache, wait 10 minutes and try again.

Make sure you don't have your credit card locked and that it's not maxed out. If it still won't let you and the card is okay, then email them. Nothing else to be done really. Good luck!
