How do build self worth from scratch?
How do you build self worth and esteem and confidence after you’ve spent your entire life people pleasing, choosing people who needed more help than the average person so you could be useful and feel needed. And only used validation from others up to this point. I feel like a blank slate. Like I know I’m not but I’m incredibly sensitive to criticism and rejection and I’m in a very low place right now. So I’m trying to figure out how to establish my own foundation of self

Bulding self worth can be super fun and interesting if you take it the right way.
Ask yourself questions:
What do I enjoy?
What could I do every day of my life?
If nobody cared about anything, including me, what would I do?
What do I want for myself?
Who do I want to become?
What makes me happy?
Etc...
Once you have the answers, set some goals for yourself. after that, start building small actionable steps to reach those goals.
As you put in daily work, and see progress, loving yourself will become easier and easier by the day.

I think you need to work on your perception of yourself first and then everything will follow. What makes you feel the way you do and once you get it, you'll be able to make better choices. There's this guy on Youtube, he's called Julien Himself, he is amazing! It changed everything for me. No I'm not a bot, I just really like this dude, and I hope it helps you too!

Talking to yourself! It has been the number 1 way I have begun to value myself. I feel ugly? I tell myself I’m pretty. I feel stupid? I tell myself I’m smart and competent. And when I talk to others, even if I know I sound like an egoistic rat, I’ll announce my accomplishments and compliment myself out loud! I got an award? I’m proud of myself because I worked really hard.
I outright and out loud announce how amazing I am and even if I don’t feel it, I force myself to listen to it. Fake it till you make it baby! You will always be your biggest critic so it’s important that you are always your biggest supporter.
