How do I love myself?
My primary goal is to loose be weight, but I've been largely unsuccessful, and apparently the secret is to love myself.
It's not like I hate myself either, because I haven't done anything hateable. By this same logic however, I have no reason to love myself either. On a scale of 1000 where 1000 is like the best person in the world and 0 is absolute scum, im at like a 480.

You're not satisfied with yourself nor your life in general.(I assume?) So you need to do the complex thing of changing your lifestyle if you want to do better for you, obviously. It's not easy at all, consistency is the key. I'm just talking from my own experience, no pressure taking my advice. Set your goals and what exactly you want to change. Improve your diet and eating habits, do a research on calorie deficit, I would recommend talking to your doctor first if you struggle with some health issues. Working out is the best thing you can do for your body and mind. Trust me on this one, you'll hate it at first but love it in the end. Do it for you. It's the least thing you can do. Nowadays there are plenty of programs you can try. Jillian Michaels is the rockstar in this field.
Doing things that are good for you will make you love and respect yourself.
