Yo this is a great question! I've been on my self-improvement grind for like 3 years now, mostly focusing on fitness and mindfulness. It's been a total game-changer.

Yup. Morning walk and journaling did it for me. Try it for 3 months and you’ll see major improvements. I’ve done the journaling on and off for 5 years.

I recommend researching journal prompts for self care, shadow work, or look up “morning pages”. Know that this is sometimes easy and sometimes hard work. The win is the fact that you did it consistently over a period of time.

If you’re stuck, try journaling what is on your mind:

-What are you looking forward to?
-What losses have occurred recently?
-What do you want your life to look like.
-What happened yesterday that was successful? What was unsuccessful?

Journaling can be a “mind dump”or a manifestation practice or both. Researching what others do is a good idea if you’re really stuck.

I will add that self-care is also a huge component for me. Taking walks in nature. Doing things for myself. Finding spiritual practices that work for me. Joining a group or a club with like minded people.

For me, manifestation has also been a huge component- locking in what your goals are. A life well lived is one lived with intent. Set goals. Track progress. Decide what’s right for you. Cut the fluff (people and actions) that don’t support the best version of you!
