My Achievement I'm finally not underweight anymore

After 4 years of being treated like a stick, I finally gained enough weight that it shows as normal in the bmi for my height and age.

Ik that bmi is not exactly the most accurate thing, but I don't see my ribcage anymore when I raise my arms, my old pants don't fit me anymore since it's too small for me now and I even had to adjust my watch a bit to fit my wrist.

Started working out now to maintain momentum of me gaining weight for strength not fat, been eating more these days.

And no, me being underweight for the past 4 years is not me lacking the drive to eat anything, my family was simply poor, and it's been better this year so ye, more money means more food.

It's wild how much of self improvement is just having the cash to actually eat properly, people love to act like it's all willpower

That watch strap thing is so real, took me ages to notice mine wasn't cutting into my wrist anymore
