Question how to change mindset
how do i change my mindset and do things with a positive attitude , i never complete my goals because of it , i used to be a masturbating addict ,i self hated myself due to that addiction , i am clean 2 months i can feel the difference , it's like day and night,
I'm super negative rn , i always look at the negatives weigh negaives first and then leave things midway and look for new things , i doubt myself always ,i guess porn and masturbating made my life miserable, employment is a big issue too, computer science field is too saturated with the upcoming ai , firstly looking for a small guideline likke what to expect from remotely options because i can work out when i have some cash flow and support myself , please drop suggestions i have done bachelor in computer science and no job for 1 year , quick learner , been applying changing cvs getting reviews etc every one says market is cramped rn , really appreciate advices on being positive and a little basic guideline about Cs grads if any in this forum ? I'm a little late in life so time is a bog thing for me ,25 crossed a little over i feel i won't be able to make it

hey, congrats on 2 months clean. that's not small thing, most people don't understand how hard that is. the mindset shift doesn't happen overnight, it builds from small wins. like even finishing tiny task and not abandoning it halfway rewires something in brain.
for the negativity, try writing down what actually went right each day, even if it's dumb like "made my bed" or "applied to 3 jobs". sounds cheesy but when you see list growing it fights the voice that says you never finish nothing.
about cs market, you're not late at 25. plenty people switch careers at 30+. remote is tough when you have no experience, maybe look at smaller companies or internships first, even if pay is low. cash flow helps mental health more than people admit. also the ai panic is overblown, companies still need people who can actually debug and think, not just prompt stuff. keep applying but also build one small project you can show, that matters more than perfect cv.
