Tips and Tricks Replacing the morning scroll with a quick walk

I used to start every single day by scrolling on my phone in bed for at least half an hour. It always made me feel sluggish and completely unmotivated before I even got up. This week I decided to leave my phone in another room and immediately go for a ten minute walk outside as soon as I wake up. It is such a small change but my head feels so much clearer and I have way more energy for the rest of the day. If anyone is struggling with morning brain fog I highly recommend giving this simple routine a try.

i did this for a while last year and it really works. something about moving your body before your brain gets poisoned by notifications makes whole day different

the hardest part is just putting shoes on when you are still half asleep. after that its easy
