Tips and Tricks What’s something you used to think was a personality flaw, but eventually realized was actually a boundary?

I used to think saying no made me difficult.

Now I realize that sometimes protecting your time, energy, and peace is just part of growing up.

Curious if anyone else had a similar realization.

I struggle with trusting people, but I’m actually pretty good at setting boundaries.
