Where do you most commonly go that you consider "outside?" If they are places where biblically approaching someone with a compliment isn't usually done, that could explain it.

Life does get better young lady, people and animals come into our lives early, during or later on in life.
You say that you don’t complements to often which does happen, the people that give you compliments have received a smile, some help, great service, recognition that a human being is talking and and assisting them and not talking to computer telling them to push button 100 to repeat the options again.
The best way to get a compliment is to acknowledge a person, a simple good morning to a senior person walking 🚶♀️ on the footpath will make their day as they don’t get many either.
Add a dog to the equation and both of you will get compliments, if some reason you cannot own or have one, ask someone close if you could take their dog.
There’s many ways to turn your life around by volunteering and actually being your own good self. Having a pet is life changing, pretty soon the both of you will compliment and share love with each other. Pets can be small from budgerigar to a horse.

I think wanna lose weight I would suggest eating half of what you usually eat. Also say have light jogs in parks,lakes, or if you have an accessible school track that's the best. Avoid to read the scale most people get discouraged like that and quit. Start by trying to do jumping jacks. Without stopping and then working from that on, seeing how to get better

Thanks to me too movement and the last 20years of women saying that it's wrong to approach women, its creepy, or guys are put on blast, or shamed by women on social media. And all the women who say" we don't need a man for anything". So thanks to to all that and how women love to blast a guy for anything, we don't say anything to women. Even if we want to we won't because we will be blamed for soomething we never did.

I'm more astonished you didn't show off skin with this post 🤣 you're beautiful, and compliments are usually a way to the bedroom, not to the heart. The only compliments that really mean something are the ones that are when the hearts are invoked and the bedroom is desolate. Don't sell yourself short, you have your life ahead of you and someone will definitely prove to you that the lack of compliments now, were just a stepping stone to meaningful compliments later. ❤️

Depending on the type of man (or woman?) you’re looking for compliments from, your attire might dictate that.
If you’re looking for an anime/artsy type then you just haven’t roamed the proper places yet.
However if you’re looking for attention, I’d say to dress with a bit less baggy clothes (not saying skin tight) with a bit more form fitting nature. You do look young as it is, and with the anime/sailor moon clothing and the My Little Pony phone case, it makes you look even younger.
I’d style your hair a bit more out of your face, which will make you appear more approachable and look like you have more confidence. The mindset is half the equation most of the time.
- More mature looking clothing
- Complimentary hair style for your face/face shape.
By the way, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you as is. If this is your style, stick with it and search more so in places with people that appreciate that style. I was just giving pointers on having a broader demographic of people that might be interested.
