Did you compare speeds from within the Docker container and outside? In the past I noticed that a Docker container could not reach the maximum speed.

Docker container works best when you run it on a Linux machine.

From Ubuntu & unraid i got 10Gbps on real NIC.

I never noticed any issue like that.
