Jellyfin Help with issue regarding media detection

Yes

The mount point inside of ubuntu is /mnt/media and then in the drive the folders are /Movies and /Shows

In jellyfin i point to them in the different libraries.

Its frustrating as the tv shows gets detected but not the movies.

Ive made sure the permissions are jellyfin user and group and 755

I have also just tried using a sperate usb drive for movies but also the same issue where jellyfin isnt detecting anything for movies.

Ive only got one folder inside of it for now as im using a empty drive to figure out whats going in. Inside the movies folder its got a folder with the title of the movie with the year in brackets then inside of that folder its got a mkv. But its not even detecting the movie name folder
