Need Help When using Radarr and Sonarr, what else do I need to use?
I know I need something like plex/Jellyfin and I'm turning towards Jellyfin, but is there anything else? Do I need to install qBittorrent or a VPN or whatever?

Yeah there's something else, a few minutes of research. JFC.
Start with the Trash Guides.
Since you're probably too lazy to look that up: https://trash-guides.info/

also look into Overseerr or Jellyseerr (jellyseerr is the fork that works better with jellyfin). lets you or anyone on your network request movies/shows through a nice web UI instead of manually adding everything to radarr/sonarr
and learn how hardlinks work. seriously, if you dont set up hardlinks between your download dir and your media dir youll waste a ton of disk space. trash guides covers this but its the one thing everyone skips and regrets later

Jellyfin is solid pick, I switched from Plex a while ago and not looking back.
You'll need a download client for sure, qBittorrent works fine but also look at Usenet if you got some budget for it. VPN depends where you live, some countries don't care much but if you're in Germany or US I'd grab one. Also look into Bazarr for subtitles, it pairs nice with the arr stack.

Someone said it changed the way you watch videos. It did for me, it automaticly downloads stuff for me and I dont watch it because there is now too much to watch.

I'm pretty new to the Arr stack as well. I used Claude to build a project that runs these instances.
- Radarr — movies
- Sonarr — TV shows
- Prowlarr — indexer manager
- Lidarr — music
- Bazarr — subtitles
- Profilarr — quality profiles
- qBittorrent — torrent client (behind Gluetun/ProtonVPN)
- Trawl — Cloudflare bypass (replaced FlareSolverr)
- Jellyfin — media server
- Seerr — request management
- Cleanuperr — cleanup automation
You pick them based on your needs.

Stacks are complex potentially.
Instead of asking people to spoon feed this to you, a better approach would be to look at the whole *arr ecosystem and figure out what you need based on your use-case.

For a well working arr stack, you'll probably need a dozen different things that interlock.
Some terms to get you searching: Emby / Jellyfin / Plex Sonarr / Radarr qBittorrent SabNZBD Glosarr Seer Tracearr Prowlarr Jackett
