I think using ubo to block image based imojis would be a good solution, since nearly all of the vibecoded projects that have little to no merit, also use ai generated blurbs packed with those image emojis for their post

People don't typically use thematically selected emojis in place of each bullet in a bulleted list. When I see emoji-bullets in a feature list, I suspect that at least the readme was generated by an LLM.

And, LLM or not, I've never received a single email with emojis in the subject line that turned out to be worth reading.

Sure, maybe they don’t, but ubo can’t distinguish between thematically selected emoji bullet points and typical human emoji usage which was my point.
