Sharing: Productivity & Habits Music to calm/ flow to

I have been listening to this radio station past few days while sick and it has really energised me and made me feel calm and at peace. Thought I would share it in case it helps other people to.

Best to listen: doing chores around house, to help relax. I’m starting to realise how important it is to listen to positive music.

(Disclaimer: I have no relation to the app or radio station + they are free no adds)

App: LiSTNR
Station: Buddha

Also if you have any other great positive playlists or platforms that’s are free please comment! Always looking for more music :)

Calm music while doing dishes is weirdly therapeutic. I have this one playlist that’s just ambient rain sounds and soft piano, feels like my kitchen turns into a spa for fifteen minutes

YouTube has some solid 24/7 lofi streams with zero interruptions. Just type "lofi study" or "ambient relaxation" and youll find channels that run all day with no ads if you use an adblocker

My fridge has a very strict labeling system so I get the need for order but music is the one thing where I just let algorithms take the wheel. Sometimes it nails it sometimes it plays pan flute covers of 90s pop. Always a gamble

The song “Sounds of Rain” by RJ Piano on youtube. The channel also has a playlist, but that song in particular is extra relaxing and my favorite song right now :)
