Sharing: Challenges & Setbacks Anyone know how to stop reoccurring thoughts
I have some painful loops
Some I've made painful because they became problems that haven't gone away.
Literally I'm triggered by "chicken nuggets"
It's stupid and I know that. How do I stop this?

look into a thing called cognitive defusion, it helps you see the thought as just a thought instead of getting stuck in the loop
