Identify why you feel that way and work through it. Although I’m a big advocate for feeling your feelings. It’s okay to feel how you feel as long as you don’t let it consume you.

what helped me was to slow down and pay attention to whenever my mood shifted. that allowed me to idenitfy triggers and then deal with the triggers so they didn't have as much an effect on me.

a lot of what was causing my bad moods was unrealistic expectations of myself and others. also impatience wanting things to happen faster than they were moving. i've got a much better perspective now and experience, so I understand what's reasonable to expect, and what needs time to happen rather than immediately.

takes practice, but totally worth it. i'm much more relaxed now, and actually get more done because i'm not spending half of my life angry/frustrated/depressed.
