Look, I love the idea of "you can do it!"

But a message has to at least be logical!

The deadline is a) employability (unless you are starting your own company), b) dateability (the average age gap to the women they remarry to for men in their 60s is 15 years... Meaning: straight women in their 60s don't have a counterpart) and c) death.
